18 Disember, 2023: Pihak Kolej mengucapkan ribuan terima kasih dan Selamat Datang kepada YBhg H.E. Dr. Hosen Mohamad Farid, President Cambodia University of Management and Technology (https://cumt.edu.kh) yang sudi datang melawat Kolej. Satu Memorandum Persefahaman telah ditandatangani sebagai simbolik permulaan kerjasama diantara kedua-dua institusi.

Menurut Khmer Times, “UMT will be the first tertiary education institution in Cambodia’s history to have Islamic founders, according to Hosen Mohamad Farid, Chairman of the Board of CUMT, an adviser to the Ministry of Cults and Religion. He added that the arrival of CUMT is aimed at assisting Cambodia in improving human resources, which will in turn shape the country’s economy and future. Hosen added that CUMT represents a major contribution to the Islamic community in Cambodia, which has always received strong attention from Mr Hun Sen. Located on Street 598 of Russey Keo district’s Tuol Kork commune, CUMT currently has five departments – science and technology, law and social sciences, business administration, arts, humanities and languages, and rural development.”
